About Me

I work with people of all ages and all fitness levels. I have trained high school athletes in preparation for collegiate level sports such as basketball, volleyball, hockey and baseball. I have helped clients with pre-existing medical conditions, such as high blood pressure and diabetes, move forward to a better living. More importantly, I work with his clients to achieve a goal. Whether it be climbing mountains, competing in competitions, or participating in marathons, I am prepared to walk alongside my clients as they live a healthier lifestyle.

A lifestyle change is usually needed to achieve a goal. When it comes to your fitness goals, a personal trainer can help guide you along the way. That is why I love what I do. I enjoy showing people how working out, eating for a purpose and understanding the relationship between how much effort you put forward will be a direct reflection of the results you see down the road.
