About Me

Hi, my name is Miguel. I was born in Mexico and I am fluent in Spanish and English. I love fitness since I was 4-years-old. I love teaching about health and fitness and try to change peoples lives and improve their quality of day to day living. I love body weight training because if you learn how to control and master your body movement you can be more in peace within. I also love HIIT training, weight lifting and martial arts. What to Expect

I like to start with warm up 5 min with some type of cardio, stretch for 2 min and then, depending of goals and what client needs, I will work on HIIT training, yoga or body movement, weight lifting, kick boxing, aerobic movements or as needed. Cool down for 2 or 3 min at the end.
