Former University of Florida football player. I was a part of both 2006 and 2008 national championship teams. I played 1 season in the IFL. It was a natural transition to enter the field of strength and conditioning as athletic development has been a huge part of my life. I currently am interning in the strength and conditioning department at the University of South Florida. I have a masters degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention.

Fun and challenging.
I went to Miguel with a reoccurring lower back injury that I was too stubborn to deal with for many months. I was at a point where I was taking time off every few weeks because I wasn't listening to my body. Miguel helped find several areas for us to work on in the few months I spent working with him. Not only did we address my lower back problems, he noticed weaknesses stemming from my form and mobility - something I rarely thought about as a major contributor to my pain. Now, I am back working out at full speed and I feel stronger than before. I notice a difference in my body and the way my muscles work, and I feel more aware of potential issues (i.e. not bracing my core). I go into the gym and focus on myself and what I can do today rather than thinking about what I should be lifting. His programming has made me a stronger athlete both physically and mentally and I can't thank him enough!- Brittani Sahm (Client- 2016)
