A life-long athlete with a coach's heart. I began coaching baseball and realized I had a knack for quickly identifying mechanical/kinetic problems for hitters and fielders. I also noted a general lack of athleticism including agility, quickness and speed. Although I continue to do baseball instruction, my main focus now is to help clients with weight loss, muscle tone, strength, power, cardio fitness, flexibility, agility, quickness and speed. For the elderly, I have experience improving flexibility and mobility to maintain active, independent lifestyles. As an athlete, I've competed in baseball, volleyball, beach volleyball, tennis, triathlon, football, basketball, track & field, and golf. I am available for one-on-one and group training, both in-person and online through Zoom or other conferencing platforms.

From their words... "Mick has been working with my daughter who plays softball year round. Her goals were around general fitness but also her ability to be a strong, agile outfielder. She has seen immediate results on and off the field. He’s a positive influence, pushes her appropriately and gives her confidence. We highly recommend Mick to anyone looking for softball/baseball instruction and fitness at the same time." -Kimberly
