About Me

Hi, my name is Michelle. Whether it was climbing trees in my backyard as a kid or being part of traveling athletic teams, fitness has always been a part of my life. I earned a full athletic scholarship to Syracuse University in which I learned and participated in different fitness programs in order to achieve a superior level of fitness so I could compete with some of the top athletes in the world. I am experienced with cross-fit, HIIT workouts, TRX workouts and most endurance activities that will increase cardiovascular endurance such as swimming, running and biking. While athletic training would be my expertise, I would definitely consider myself an all-around fitness fanatic who is reasonable and approachable. It is important to me that my client has an equal share with me in order to achieve fitness goals. It is my responsibility to motivate, educate and communicate with my client in order to have success in our fitness journey together.

What to Expect

A typical training session would include a verbal map-out of the workout for that day, proper stretching with warm-up and cool down, continual motivation, communication about goals when necessary and workouts that will address the areas of concern. Typically weights, plyometrics, cardiovascular endurance actives, resistance bands and TRX bands would be used but of course training sessions would not be limited to those materials.

Client Success Story

One of my clients recently remarked that he is now down from 255 pounds to 228 pounds. He actually doesn't work out with me because he lives in another city. However, he has been following my eating guidelines and exercise guidelines that I give him. Another client has increased her cardiovascular endurance and went from running a 7:30 minute mile, to a 6:35 minute mile. She also has increased her squat max and bench press max. They both continue to tell me what great motivation they get from me and how I continue to teach them about leading a healthy lifestyle.
