Hi! I am Michelle, a native Houstonian, and travel enthusiast! I have been personal training since 2015 and practicing as a nutritionist since 2018. I LOVE all things fitness and I have taught 1-to-1, small group fitness, and yoga! I DO have a minimum requirement of 3X week to train with me. I am SO motivated to get you to your goals and I want to ensure the BEST possible environment! I DO NOT train out of a facility. I do home visits and access to a garage or driveway is necessary. I provide all equipment necessary to train. No worries, you’ll get WAY MORE than body weight and band exercises ;)
