Hi, my name is Michelle. To me, exercise is an important, meaningful part of daily living. Although our schedules are busy, I believe exercise should be incorporated to become routine. I am an ardent supporter that exercise can prevent health problems and improve quality of life, and I look forward to helping everyone achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals. My love of health started at an early age, I always dreamed of being a doctor and helping others. I attended medical school and received my degree in applied of science/paramedic. As time passed, watching people suffer from strokes and high blood pressure for example, I then realized I wanted to be on the other side of health to help others prevent and spread the word of a healthy lifestyle. Since then I changed my life of living and nutrition, got inspired and motivated and become a personal trainer to make a difference and help others change their lifestyles. I have been training for 3 years working with a wide variety of clients and backgrounds. I have such a passion for health, nutrition and fitness, I love what I do and I am ready to help someone new change their life today.

Each session is customized to my clients. However, most sessions start with a warm-up and then includes strength training and cardio (depending on the goal) and include a cool down and stretching. In addition I also offer customize Workout plans,(so the days you work out alone you know what to do) you will have my guidance and support at all times, as well as nutrition advice and meal plan is included, Workout log book is included, revising goals, and results check every 2 weeks ( weight, body fat percentage , measurements ).

She’s an amazing trainer! Always pushing me to my goals and does not let me to give up. Also, her personality is just great in general. She has a very nice attitude and makes me feel comfortable around her. Always leaving in a good mood after training with her!
