About Me

Hi, my name is Michael. I'm in my 14th year in the fitness industry. I have a BS in sports and entertainment management and certifications as a fitness trainer, sports performance coach, corrective exercise specialist and golf fitness instructor. I have 3 years of experience as an assistant basketball coach and strength and conditioning coach for division III Fontbonne University men’s basketball program. Also, youth club basketball coach and skills trainer.

What to Expect

A typical training session begins with cardio warm-up, followed by mobility and dynamic movements, next foundational core work. From there move into total body movements then muscle isolations and interval training then more core work. Finish each session working on restoring muscular imbalances with more mobility and flexibility movements.
