Hi, my name is Michael. I'm in my 14th year in the fitness industry. I have a BS in sports and entertainment management and certifications as a fitness trainer, sports performance coach, corrective exercise specialist and golf fitness instructor. I have 3 years of experience as an assistant basketball coach and strength and conditioning coach for division III Fontbonne University men’s basketball program. Also, youth club basketball coach and skills trainer.

A typical training session begins with cardio warm-up, followed by mobility and dynamic movements, next foundational core work. From there move into total body movements then muscle isolations and interval training then more core work. Finish each session working on restoring muscular imbalances with more mobility and flexibility movements.
I have been working with Michael for over two years, twice a week. Although I have always exercised, I am thrilled with the positive changes I have experienced. While I expected increases in muscle mass and stamina, I am delighted with improvements in core strength, balance and sense of overall body control.
