About Me

Mike originally hails from the West Coast where he was a competitive power lifter, never placing out of the top three. In his effort to help others lead a better, healthier lifestyle, he has completed courses in: health and fitness, medical excer-therapy, cardiovascular training, nutrition, advanced weight lifting, reflexology and physical therapy. He is currently continuing his education through participation in programs offered by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Advancing his knowledge in fitness training so that his clients reap the benefits is his greatest reward. With 20 plus years experience in the fitness industry and five years experience as a business owner, Mike has the know-how and tools to help you get in the best shape of your life. Mike knows what he is doing. I was very skeptical while I was looking for a trainer. I wanted someone who wouldn't judge and could actually push me beyond what I'm capable of.

I fell off the wagon a year and half ago during a divorce and fell into some unhealthy choices and lifestyles. He has helped me already accomplish a small dosage of the capabilities I have, and he has convinced me that I can and will be able to get my health back to where it used to be.

Mike knows his trade and specialty like the back of his hand. I think this is beyond important when you are working with someone on something so important as your health and fitness. I trust that Mike can look at me and my level and get me to where I need to be. I am very excited to see where I will be in two, four, and ten weeks from now.

He makes himself very available for any and all questions at any time of the day. He is constantly answering questions and providing advice for everyone. He also lives by example. He doesn't make someone do something that he can't and won't do. He eats, lives, and breathes fitness. I hit a goldmine finding a trainer like him. Just look at him. He is beyond an example of how all of taking health to a higher level.

Again, this is just the beginning for me, but I am excited to see what comes next.

Dave has been training me twice a week for the last nine months. In all of that time, we have never repeated a workout. He always demonstrates new exercises and explains what muscle groups they work. He researches specific challenges and discusses strategies to overcome them. He always focuses on proper form and safety. Dave is polite, caring, funny, and makes working out fun.
Mike and his entire team are always very friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable. Any question that I have, Mike has an answer for it.

I went to Mike as a last resort. No other trainer would work with me. They said I had too many problems. Mike didn't hesitate at all. I came in walking crooked and with little to no muscle tone.
In a matter of months, I could walk correctly and I had definition in places I never thought I would. I walked in a 3k only 4 months into my workouts, and I actually walked more because I got left behind. This was honestly quite the feat for me, and I did it without pain. Mike knows his stuff. As long as you are dedicated, he will be too.

Mike Toler is the sole reason I am as healthy as I am today, I met Mike 3 years ago when I was 20 and tipping the scales at a heavy 210 lbs, which was a tremendous weight to carry on my 5 foot even frame.
