I have been on a reality tv fitness challenge show (Battle of The Fittest Couples), competed in classic physique, physique and bodybuilding and yes was a traveling male stripper (don't worry that's not in the program since finding my faith). I haven't lost a competition since 29. I have trained women and men to compete but my real passion comes from helping the average person who has struggled forever because it's about the mind and psychology is my greatest passion. I have been in the fitness and nutrition world since I was 11 years old. My father was a competitive bodybuilder and it gave me ( a insecure little kid) the itch to look like a super hero. I followed in his footsteps competing first when I was 19 immersing myself in all things about fitness and nutrition. Over the next 5 years I got married and trained but got lazy on my nutrition for a year and went up to 238 lbs. At about 19% bodyfat, I saw a picture of myself and hated it. From that moment on I said never again!! I rededicated myself, reeducated myself and competed again at 25. I got divorced at 30 became a dancer (early mid-life crisis I guess) and trained people intermittently during my time dancing. The truth is, I know what it takes to live a life on the road and still stay fit. Travelling most of the year I was forced to eat out 80% of the time. So for those who are challenged with convenience, I have the knowledge to help. I stopped dancing January 2020 and began focusing exclusively on coaching after my tv show aired and breaking up with my ex who was with me during the filming. That level of sadness I experienced fueled me to help others change their lives. I started changing mine when I was young and had to do it again by finding faith and purpose. So if you struggle mentally and emotionally, I understand you. I can help there too. This is my purpose... I am here to be your advocate, mentor and coach. My mission is to change your mindset. I had to change mine. It's not easy but it's also way less hard than it may seem sometimes. Trust the process and trust me. I got you!

I can cater my training session to fit your experience and desired outcome. If you want to be a physical specimen (bodybuilding) , let's go. If you want HIIT and more of a functional training (crossfit like) program, we can do it. If you want to a hybrid program, I am game if you are! I am not a rah rah guy. My push comes the other hours of the day during our communication outside of the gym because that's where most fail. (Side note if your a guy who needs to impress their lady one day with a strip performance I can help you there too LOL)
As crazy as it sounds. My most satisfying client story is actually a family member for my 74 year old grandmother. She was diabetic and has level 3 COPD ( a high level breathing disease). From June 2020 to January 2021 she has lost 48 lbs. Only by consistent dieting, walking and some light resistance band work. If she can do this, what's your excuse?
