Hi my name is Michael and and my fitness career has been dominated my weight training and mixed martial arts. Since I was a kid I've been experimenting with different ways to build or tone different muscles. My experience as a fighter has also come with its share of endurance and cardio exercises so regardless of your fitness needs you will see results as long as you start in the kitchen!
