Hi, my name is Michael. I am an ISSA Certified personal trainer and physical training has always been apart of my life. We will build a plan to help you achieve whatever goal you want. Not everyone wants the same look, has the same goals or can train the same way. You need an ever evolving program that will keep you motivated and excited to put the work in. Its a day by day transformation of the mind and body. Your workout will be tailored to achieve your goals! Training is the most effective when its fun! It's the most important part of any plan. I am always excited to train with a new client or go through a new workout. Giving someone the encouragement to achieve their goals is the best part of the job! Being in your head about all the numbers can only keep you motivated for so long. Let's go back to the primal and have a bit of fun! Don't worry about how much you're lifting or how many macronutrients are in your meal plan. I started lifting weights in high school and have trained with high level athletes, Marines, competitive powerlifters, and professional bodybuilders since then. I have trained for distance, performance, aesthetics, everyday life, and fun. I played competitive sports from the age of 10. Soccer, Football, Ice Hockey, Track and Field were the sports I competed in through High School. I played Ice Hockey at the Junior level and was the training partner of a state champion decathlete and All-American distance runner. After High School I played Semi-Pro football for 5 years, taking snaps in every position except interior lineman. Throughout these events physical training has made all the difference in my performance. We will use all of these experiences to build a plan to keep you motivated and excited to get in the gym. This is going to be fun!

My workout session structure is suited to the clients needs, but the general format consists of a 5-10 minute warm up and then 45-50 minutes of working out. If you are looking to lose weight those 50 minutes will be split up between cardio training and strength training. If its muscle you are looking to develop we'll go right into strength training. Looking to tone up for beach season? We will cross train strength and cardio to build lean muscle and burn fat.
I've helped my clients gain muscle for beach season, lose inches for social events, and overall feel they are living a healthier life. I helped a client this past fall put on 15 pounds of lean muscle and am have another client who met his goal weight before his 60th birthday.
