I help those 50+ years old to regain / maintain their ability to live an active lifestyle. I do not look at myself simply as a Personal Trainer. We will partner together to set realistic goals and work out a plan to achieve our goals. In addition, I also have experience working with those have cognitive issues.

A typical session will include a warm up, strength, and balance training. Our workout plan will be challenging but not intimidating. Through hard work changes can be made to work toward the body the client wants to achieve. The key is to accepting what trade off are you willing to make. If you are looking to have a body builders physique are you will to make ALL THE SACRIFICES. Or are you looking to be the best version of you, where you are not constantly denying yourself foods or sacrificing activities you enjoy because you need to spend additional time in the gym to achieve your dream body?
We love Michael! He is patient, compassionate and clearly loves working with seniors. As time has progressed, Michael has helped to revise the plan to target muscle areas that appear to be weakening. While we cannot reverse the impact of the disease, I know Michael's efforts are helping him to maintain his strength as long as possible and prevent falls.
