Hi, my name is Michael. I am a certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). I also hold a certificate in Senior Fitness from ACE and a certificate in Functional Fitness from Exercise Inc. I design individualized programs based on the client’s current fitness level. I take into consideration that a client’s abilities can, and most likely will, change daily. I use body weight, exercise bands, and free weights. This allows me to customize the exercise to a client’s abilities each session.
What to Expect
A typical session will include a warm up, strength, and balance training. Each session will be geared to the abilities of the client that day. I want the client to have fun while working out. The emphasis of the training sessions will be determined by the clients individual needs.
