Hi, my name is Michael. I am a former Athlete, United States Marine, currently Competitive Powerlifter. Fitness has impacted my lifestyle to such a magnitude that I could not even begin to comprehend what my life would be like without it. I try to instill these same values in training clients and show them that there are ways you can optimize your life and begin to fall in love with fitness. Fitness isn't a chore, it is a necessity in order for you to perform and look your best. I will be the first to tell you, "The Grass is greener on this side", so come on over and pull up a chair and live your best life.
