Hi, my name is Michael. I was captain of my high school and college baseball team. I had always made fitness a "habit" in my life. Once I suffered a slip disk from a baseball accident. It was time that I made fitness a priority. I made a full recovery without surgery losing over 50 lbs and the lbs are still dropping. I became a avid cross-fitter fighting his way through the open to regionals. I have also trained under a grand master in the art Muay Thai. I also completed one of the hardest obstacle courses out there "Spartan Trifecta". My passion for fitness has grown to new heights which allowed me to get my NASM personal trainer certification. Fitness has helped me through so much in my life and it’s a way I escape the everyday worries and refocus to not only clear my head, but to make better choices in my life and to get in better shape!

Working with me, nothing will be typical. It’s not the same routine over and over but if I had to say, a dynamic warm up a strength part (new movement and tech work) and a main workout. But I definitely always have your body excepting the unexpected.
