I’ve been working with Mike for 6 months and the progress has been amazing. My overall health, mental and physical, has improved significantly. Mike is patient, yet pushes when he knows you can do more, actively engaged, caring, and full of knowledge. Week to week I am seeing myself lift heavier, including doing exercises I’ve never imagined myself doing.
Mike keeps you on track, but knows when to give you some leeway so you can still live your life. I am down almost 10 lbs. and cannot believe that this is possible by weight-lifting and eating right. Mike is not only coaching you through exercises, but he is building a foundation for you to iterate upon well after your time with him is over, which makes your time with him all worth it. I was stuck in a huge rut with my weight; my old methods of extreme cardio and starving myself were not working and I was finding myself starting to get depressed about all the sudden weight gain I was experiencing after 10 years of working hard to be thin.
What I’ve learned with Mike is that I can lose weight, still eat, AND be healthy. The journey is still continuing, but I’m so glad I’m on it. I wouldn’t pick any other trainer. If you are on the fence, take this as a sign to kick things into gear.

I met Mike 2 years ago, and since then, my life as a whole has changed. When I started going to him, I was thinking about how I wanted to get stronger and improve some of the weaknesses/injuries I had. He has helped me so much and I'm in a place I never thought I'd be. But beyond my physical health, my mental health has improved tremendously. i've always been one to turn to physical activity when the going gets rough, and Mike has been there to help me change my perspective and even talk about what's going on in my life during my sessions. He's more than a trainer, he's an incredible human who cares about me in and out of the gym.
Mike is the best trainer in LA hands down! Not only training with him is fun but it is more of an educational and therapeutic experience. It’s the first time that I train with such frequency and intensity without getting injured.
Mike is absolutely the best. I love his professionalism and focus on holistic health. I was a trainer years ago so I really appreciate that he really knows his stuff. I suffer from tendinitis and I sit at a computer all day so I was really worried about being in pain. Not only have I become more flexible, I have less pain in my joints And more energy. More importantly, Mike focuses on my mindful eating habits which really cure the core of why I was over eating. I’m less bloated, I’m losing inches and getting stronger every day. In the sea of personal trainers, Mike really stands out. I’ve worked with trainers before, and while it’s worked out sort of OK, I’ve never worked with anyone like Mike. He knows what he’s doing, and he pushes me to be better without breaking me. I love that he focuses on form and really works with me to get it right. He also makes sure I stretch before and after workouts, which admittedly was never something I prioritizes. Mike has a holistic approach to training, and his positive attitude and deep knowledge is the perfect match. I highly recommend Mike to anyone looking to get in shape, mix up their routine, bulk up - or just have some amazing company while working out!
