Hi, my name is Michael. I've been impacting lives for years through my personal training. I personally lost 50lbs and have helped countless others lose weight as well. I believe anyone can achieve success with exercise and with the correct program. I hold a degree in Kinesiology from Penn State as well as hold an NSCA CPT. I own Formal Fitness Training LLC
