After nearly 8 years as a Hospital Corpsman in the Navy serving across multiple platforms, I've taken those experiences and the knowledge I learned as a medical professional and apply them directly to my training programs. Not only am I capable of helping you reach your goals, but doing so while staying safe, healthy, and aware of a variety of injuries, limitations, and how to work with them and use them to your advantage. I've never believed in failing, only that we learn through those moments and utilize them to better take on a challenge until we succeed.

Absolutely great. He is very good with beginners and his workouts are easy to understand along with the techniques. He breaks things down so that you get the most out of the workout.
