About Me

Hi, my name is Michael De Vivo. I co-own VIVO Training Systems, LLC with my amazing wife Jasmine De Vivo. Together we provide online, in-person training and wellness services to individuals and private companies in the DC Metro region and around the world (the farthest is in Namibia, right now). Oh and we run free boot camps on the weekend at our Tiny House in rural Northern Virginia because a healthy community is important to us.

Personally, after losing over 100 lbs and transforming my life at the age of 19 I decided I wanted to help others do so. Since then I have dedicated the last 15+ years learning and teaching (bachelor's degree, master's degree, and countless seminars) the best methods to help my clientele lose hundreds of pounds, accomplish mighty tasks, and transform their lives.

What to Expect

After assessing our clients' individual needs and taking into account the demands everyday life puts on us, we get going working on our weaknesses in order to build overall strength. A typical session begins with a tailored mobility program as a warmup, followed by goal-orientated, progressive, strength training.
