Hi, my name is Michael. After tearing my ACL playing college football my rehabilitation taught me the value of helping others achieve their goals. I've been personal training ever since and enjoy the relationships I have with my clients as much as the work.
A pleasant positive workout my client is comfortable with yet pushes them enough to grow.
Last year I began training with a client who was 77 lbs over his ideal weight. He had a knee injury so I created a low impact interval program with wights and yoga to maintain his flexibility. A year later he's happier and healthier than he's ever been and he's landed a beautiful girlfriend. He's happy which makes me happy.
