I been training with Michael for the past ten weeks and I have to say it has been a great experience. Each session was uniquely built around my goals and always kept me on my toes.
I’m a pretty small and feeble guy so I understood my ultimate goal to get toned and gain muscle was going a slow progressive one. Thanks to coach's guidance, I’m at a physical level I’d never thought I reached and closer to my goal than I have ever been before. I was able to build up my strength and endurance with the workouts Michael devised for me.
I would absolutely recommend Michael. Despite me being a novice at weight lifting, he always pushes me to surpass my limit and encourages me throughout every session. Michael always took the time to explain any fitness concept and the reason for every exercise. And on several occasion, he even stayed a few minutes longer to make sure we completed all my workouts. But best of all he’s funny man......but not really. Just kidding, Michael is a little funny......maybe.
