About Me

I have been training for more than 20 years. Whatever your goal is, I can help you get there. I work with a wide range of goals and abilities, from training athletes, to teaching a three year old to ride a bike, to helping an 86 year old snow-ski for the first time. I expect results for all my clients. I make training simple and fun, but not easy. Easy comes after the hard work has been done. Once you reach your goal, I will teach you how to maintain your fitness level, keep clean eating habits, and live a healthy life style. I guarantee my services, and if you follow our action plan, YOU will be successful. It's not about me, it is all about YOU and YOUR goals.

What to Expect

I expect my trainees to be warmed up when I arrive. We will first start off with some resistance training incorporating stability, strength and plyometrics. Through out the training session, we will work on building your core muscles. A strong core improves your posture, aligns your body, and helps with overall stability and strength. We will end with stretching and a proper cool down. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me at any time during or after the work-out.
