I have taken my training regiment across many different venues and have reached many different levels. I currently trains youth, from ages 6-14, high school/college/semi-pro athletes, professional athletes, beauty pageant contestants, and last but not least, your “everyday” gym-goer who is seeking something new in their workout routine.
