Hi there! I provide in-home, as well as online personal training for my clients. I specialize in functional training, and am able to work with clients of all ages! I love watching my clients succeed towards their goals, no matter what they want to do more of! When I am not working, I love being active. I take my (massive) dogs outside as much as possible because Colorado has such perfect weather!

What to Expect

Depending how often clients want to meet per week, we will focus on full body workouts throughout the week. I provide all equipment if the training is done in-home.

Currently, I work with a wide range of clients. Those just wanting to lose weight and tone up, as well as those working on mobility and have injuries/limitations. I am working with a client who wants to lose weight, and be stronger. Since working with her, she is able to get off the floor much easier, has a greater range of motion, and is able to safely lift heavier weights.
