Hello guys,
I working out with Michael for 2 months now. I explained to him everything before we start my goals and my weaknesses, he knew how to build my own program with it.
I didn't know that I was going to love to make sports and eating healthy before i started with him, he arrived to make me feel much more confident and he transferred to me his energy and passion...now i understand the real meaning of that sentence "no pain no gain" ... I started and after only a month i saw the difference of my body shape, and i seeing day after day so far too, that makes me get a lots of motivation. I know i ll keep going.
