About Me

I have been training in Muay Thai for over 10 years and Worked as a coach under a legend In the sport.

I am also a certified personal trainer and Krav Maga instructor.

I am passionate and patient, good with all levels.

What to Expect

Each session will be challenging and fun. I like to focus on the basics and fundamentals.

Warm up is about 15 min.

We will work on specific drills to improve technique and apply those techniques in shadow bowing, pad work and technical sparring.

Some high intensity interval training may be included as well as calisthenics and core work.
