About Me

I am a health/life coach in the Tampa Bay area. I work to help with clients achieve their goals (weight loss, gaining muscle, toning, eating healthier). Being healthier is more than just physical, it's mental as well. My degree in psychology helps me to work with clients on their mindset and getting them to become stronger so they can get past those feelings of self doubt and not believing in themselves. Goals begin with having the belief you can do anything you set your mind to.

What to Expect

Once we get a plan together, we can meet up on the days/times agreed upon and begin the regimen of the training sessions. We can meet at the gym or do our sessions at a nearby park. At the end of each session, we will review how they are feeling and discuss some things they can work on at home as well to keep the momentum building.

Client Success Story

I was overweight years ago as a child, and still held on to that weight as an adult. I found out later that I had a hiatal hernia and needed to lose weight or I was going to have more complications. It took me a while, but I eventually lost 60 pounds :) In the journey to losing weight, I not only learned a lot about what to eat and how to exercise, I also found that our mindset makes a big difference in losing the weight. Being able to keep ourselves motivated to keep going, especially when we don't see improvement on the scale or when we do measurements. Between my own experience, going to school and getting my psychology degree, and working with other clients, I have learned even more things we can do to help keep ourselves going, even when we want to stop. I want to share this information with my clients and get them to their goal :)
