Hello and thank you for taking the time to browse my page. My name is Melissa and I am a certified personal/fitness trainer located in Naples, Florida. I am a life long athlete, all state soccer and basketball player in high school where I also ran track. I then went on to play both soccer and basketball in college, as well as semi pro soccer in both New Jersey and Maryland. These days my sport of choice is natural bodybuilding where I compete on a professional level in a class called Figure. On top of my personal training and fitness certifications I also hold certifications in Plant Based Nutrition, Table Stretching, Thai Stretching, Sports Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Senior Fitness, Bodybuilding Specialist, Hand and Foot Reflexology, Reiki level 1 as well as CPR/AED/First Aid certified. I have been training people for over 13 years now and I truly enjoy helping folks reach their health and fitness goals.

What to Expect

My sessions are fitted to ones personal needs. Focus on full body training at an upbeat tempo is the main goal. Making sure all body parts are given proper attention and any weak areas are addressed and issues rectified. I don't really go with what is trendy or fun, I go with what is shown to work for the specific individual. Fundamentals are taught to assure ones confidence and safety is always my top priority.

One of my clients lost 100 pounds. She had gone in for a consultation for gastric bypass surgery and she ended up leaving the consult vowing to never have the surgery. Instead she decided to change her life. One of my other clients introduced her to me and off we went. Within 1 year she had lost 100 pounds through daily exercise, cardio and strength training as well as some spin classes and lots of healthy eating. She looks AMAZING and has kept the weight off for 4 years now and no one believes she didn't have the gastric surgery.
