Melissa is the perfect blend of cheerful and motivating while remaining focused on our personal needs and encouraging us to push ourselves. Melissa is a great trainer. She demonstrates the exercises and gives corrections if needed. In addition she is knowledgeable and is great at encouraging you to push yourself.
I have a few medical conditions and my weight and age make working out somewhat difficult but Melissa asked what they were on our consult appointment and has been great about working around my limitations.

I trained with Melissa for nearly 10 months. I really appreciated the time and effort she put into developing my workouts. She was flexible and worked with me when I was having pain flare ups.
