About Me

In the summer of 1995, I was badly injured in an automobile accident. I was in a neck and back brace for four months, with several doctors appointments trying to find out what exactly the problem was and daily rehab appointments just to keep me moving.In the end, I was told I have no fluid motion in both my neck and back where there should be vertebral fluid, and that I should not play any sports that may open me up for a hit because in the end I could be paralyzed. This was not okay to me, I was young, I was an athlete and I would not take no for an answer. At this point, I started to study people and their body works, read books, and started rehabbing myself. I also changed my major from psychology to health and fitness because I wanted all the knowledge I could obtain for this problem. I walked into the gym where I was a member and told them I wanted to be a personal trainer. I wanted to help others prove to their doctors as I had. They said it could not be done. It could, in fact, with hard work, determination and the right tools from the right person.

What to Expect

For more than 15 years, I have trained people to improve muscle tone, to continue exercising through pregnancy, rehab and post injury, and train a few doctors to keep them in cardiovascular shape. I train young and old, thin, overweight or severely obese, I train clients with chronic diseases such as MS, fibromyalgia and down’s syndrome. I train some professional athletes, and everyday people such as you and I. You can expect to have a great time while accomplishing your goals set forth and understood by both. We are a team, you are no longer on an endless journey with no guidance. I am here to guide you and push you to achieve your best you.
