Hi, my name is Melissa. I am labeled as a personal trainer, but for me it’s more then that... I’m a Lifestyle Fitness Coach. I feel with active listening, understanding your clients goals, wants, needs, and sprinkled in with communication; I’m able to really help make a difference in the lives of my clients. I come from a running and sports background, I’ve played many, but running has been my love affair. I graduated college with a BA in Elementary Education, History, & Literature as well as Special Education courses. I was a teacher before we moved to Massachusetts, I take my skill set as a teacher and apply it to my training. I work with many different types of clients from special needs youth and adults, young children, tweens, teenagers, athletes youth and adult, college students, adults, and seniors all who have different goals. I love what I do, I put all of myself into my career with my goal being to really make a meaningful difference in peoples lives.

My clients get the best of me for the time we spend together. I am upbeat, positive, and will help be the guiding light through their fitness journey. I tell it how it is and we will create their fitness and nutritional journey together.
I have worked with many different types of clients, one of my hardest working clients came to me so tight it was affecting not only his competitive swimming, but his everyday life. After working with him consistently, we really focused in on his training for his open water competitive swims. He has placed in the top 3 consistently in the open water master races and will be defending his title this June in the Bahamas. I cannot be any prouder of how hard he has worked in and out of the gym as well as sticking to the meal plan we created together to improve his performance.
