Hello, My name is Melissa, and I am a Colorado native and enjoy just about anything outdoors. I grew up playing sports and really grew a love for how the human body works and moves from that experience. I got certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), in September of 2014. I quickly realized that fitness and the human body is something I am truly passionate about, and wish to continue growing my knowledge base on. In October of 2015 I completed a Corrective Exercise Specialization, allowing me to view fitness from more of a rehabilitation aspect. I am currently studying AthleticTraining at MSU Denver. I enjoy training and love to have fun on top of working hard.
