About Me

Hi, my name is Megan. As a former Division 1 Collegiate Soccer Player, my career was cut short due to a series of concussions. This negatively impacted my mindset ultimately causing me to gain an unhealthy amount of weight. I transferred my love of soccer into the wonders of lifting weights, which became the perfect way to battle the symptoms of my concussions. My passion of fitness and ability to use fitness as a coping mechanism fueled my desire to help others change their internal dialogue from I CAN'T to I WILL!
