About Me

I began my fitness journey almost three years ago and it has been the best decision I think I could have ever made. Ever since I was in high school, I've worked out and cared a lot about "not getting fat." It was not a good mind set to have. But these last three years I changed that mind set and told myself I wanted to get stronger and it was an instant kind of thing, I fell in love with the weight room and the way it made me feel. I chose the journey of wanting to become a trainer so I can hopefully inspire others to feel that way too, or to at least change their mind set to think and feel more healthy and strong. It is possible!
