Hi, my name is Maximilian. I have been involved with fitness since freshman year of high school. After finding Crossfit at the age of 16 I found my love for helping people achieve their fitness goals no matter what it may be. I since have been coaching group classes and 1-on-1's since for about 5 years now.

You can expect assessment of your level of fitness, and we will work on the desired goal. It will always be 45-60 mins of work, with high intensity pieces as well as lots of specific training such as rehab, mobility, and strength training. Simple is often effective. Hard work and consistency are keys to success.
One of my main clients came to me with severe herniated discs after some focus on stabilization and conditioning he felt better and we made his symptoms from his back issues reduce dramatically.
