Hi, my name is Max! I love to connect with others and to motivate. I really understand where a lot of my clients are coming from. In the past I was embarrassed of my weight- I was more than 100 lbs overweight. I worked 40+ hours a week and just couldn't find the time to work out or get the weight off. Something had to change. I don't believe in diets, or extreme work outs -- but creating a healthy pattern of living and enjoying life. I'll work you hard, but I won't break you. There's no point in doing a million push ups so that you can't do anymore for weeks! I love football, baseball, and basketball. But most of all I love helping others to reach the same goals that I had -- creating a happy and healthy image of yourself both inside and out.

Depending on circumstances, I really want to educate and motivate my clients to see that working out doesn't have to be a chore, and you don't need fancy equipment. I enjoy using various circuit training methods, functional movement workouts, and body resistance work outs.
Robb is one of my favorite clients. He is middle age with a knee injury. At first, he hardly had the strength to push himself up on his surfboard. After training, and instilling within him self confidence he was able to climb Mt Whitney (And recorded himself singing for me at the top of the hike!). He hasn't let old injuries or age get in the way of what he wants to do.
