What to Expect
First session will mainly be a discussion about objectives, process and mutual expectations, along with some movement and physical analysis.
Ongoing sessions will be a variety of exercises to round out the muscles you're working on and the muscles that support those muscles. Health and fitness are a way of life more than a singular objective. I'll help you establish the mentality that your body will crave the feeling of a good workout, not think of it as a punishment or a one time goal.

Matt is an excellent coach and trainer. I haven't worked out in years and also suffer from minor cardio issues that we need to pay attention to exertion and excess stress etc., as well as prior sports injuries.
