First session will mainly be a discussion about objectives, process and mutual expectations, along with some movement and physical analysis. Ongoing sessions will be a variety of exercises to round out the muscles you're working on and the muscles that support those muscles. Health and fitness are a way of life more than a singular objective. I'll help you establish the mentality that your body will crave the feeling of a good workout, not think of it as a punishment or a one time goal.
Hannah came to me down on herself about the way her clothes were fitting her. The important realization was that getting to that point was a process, just like getting back to where she felt healthy would be a process. Once Hannah understood the difference between weighing yourself daily and judging yourself daily, the difference between the number of days until summer and the number of days she did something to feel good about herself physically and mentally, there was no turning back.

Matt is my personal fitness trainer and trainer for a small church group. Matt is very nice, friendly and professional. The whole group loves him. He is very down to earth and can work with anyone and use whatever equipment is available.
Matt is an excellent coach and trainer. I haven't worked out in years and also suffer from minor cardio issues that we need to pay attention to exertion and excess stress etc., as well as prior sports injuries.
He has worked on an amazing plan for me and is a wonderful coach and mentor. Without being one of those "super high intensity coaches" if you know what I mean... LOL. Highly recommended
