About Me

Hello my name is Matthew. Choosing to make a lifestyle change has not only helped me mentally but physically as well. While pursuing my NASM certification I have begun to build my client base. I was a collegiate athlete from 2011-2013. I always pride myself on outworking my competition, the amazing thing about physical fitness is that i became my own competition, attempting to better myself each and everyday. I'm a 25-year-old single father who enjoys the outdoors and has a slight obsession with sports. In order to have success you must first figure out your "why". My "why" is based on longevity, through living a healthy lifestyle everything tends to get better. Simple task such as sleeping and walking become effortless and overtime whatever you set your goal to be you have the ability to surpass that!

What to Expect

A typical training session, depending on your goals, will be a hour or so session consisting of high intensity, fun, hard work. We will hit your target areas while also maximizing your strengths.

Client Success Story

I have worked with about 4 clients to date that are GREAT! There is no way to measure success but my favorite success story would have to be from a 35 year old male client. Over the span of 3 months he crushed his target weight of 140 coming down from 170. Through dedication and consistency his daily routines have become easy as pie! We did a variety of exercises and added fun cardio in as well with a few days a week of boxing training and circuit competition training. We have worked together to maintain that weight loss.
