About Me

Matt Quigley is a graduate of Salem State University with a B.S. in Exercise Science. He’s A.C.E. Certified and has been personal training for over eight years, currently working at Tewksbury Sports Club in Tewksbury, Massachusetts as a Senior Exercise Physiologist.

Matt’s clients range from 14 – 75 years old. Matt’s experience ranges from personal training to small group training and offering advice around healthy meal plans. He offers personalized workout programs for individuals and a wide variety of workouts for small group training classes, keeping workouts fun and exciting.

As part of personal training, Matt tailors workouts to the specific needs of each individual, keeping injuries and personal goals in mind. Matt is committed to helping his clients become the best versions of themselves through exercise and to live healthier lifestyles.

A typical training session consists of being yelled at, berated, and insulted. No, i'm just kidding about 2/3 of those. You will however be pushed and educated in every way possible. Reaching the goals that you want does not come easy. I will ensure, however, that you reach those goals because I might care more than you do.
