About Me

Hi, my name is Matthew. I attended National Guards 5 1/2 month-long residential CHALLENGE Academy at National Guard Joint Forces Training Base in Los Alamitos. I also hold a diploma in an Alison Comprehensive Physical Fitness Training Course.

Certified in Exercise Physiology AMEDD Center and School.

Trained by active-duty Army cadre. Experience with The Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT), designed to test the muscular strength, endurance, and cardiovascular respiratory fitness of soldiers in the United States Army. Also experienced with The 1-1-1 Army Basic Training Physical Assesment.
