The first session begins with a typical consultation, and functional movement screening. This allows me to determine the best possible program for my clients. In general, my programs consist of a 5 minute warmup, followed by 50 minutes of weight-bearing and/or body weight strength training, and ending with a 5 minute cool down.
I had a client who wished to learn how to exercise with a sciatic nerve problem. After about a month of training, she began to notice that her clothes were feeling more loose, and her arms began looking more tone.
