Hi, my name is Matthew. My main goal in training clients is for their long term health outcomes. Having been overweight, borderline obese for most of my adolescent and teenage life, training gave me the opportunity to adopt a new lifestyle, while having aspirations of longevity, strength, and competition.

Barbell training utilizing the squat, bench, overhead press and deadlift, and variations to those lifts i.e paused work. Conditioning work, and focus on an individual's specific goals. Specialized programming for strength and hypertrophy outcomes using an auto regulation method called RPE
46 year old women - 240lb to 165lb within a year. Squat increased by 150lb, bench by 45lb, deadlift by 185lb.
