Hey how how are you? My name is Matt. I've been working out the last 10 years on and off. I love fitness and love helping people.
You can expect to be SORE. I do a mix between weights (for strenghth) and body weight training for balance and tone. You will not leave a session with me without being sore lol. Also expect a mix up each session. I like to switch it up , could be weights one day, could be the park throwing football etc. depending on what we are targeting that day.
