About Me

I started my journey to becoming a trainer by starting the popular home workout program P90X. After completing several rounds of training, my friends and family started asking me for advice and help. I knew that helping others get healthier and fitter was a way I could contribute to the world. Since that time, I have grown so much and have helped many others. I continue to push my knowledge and my fitness and recently competed on American Ninja Warrior.

Matt is a wonderful trainer. During sessions he is clear in his explanations and teaching, focused on the mutually decided upon goal, and supportive every step of the way. He has the unique ability to look at the client and his/her goals, understand their body, and create individualized exercises accordingly. Matt is knowledgeable when it comes to the muscles and body, nutrition, and alternative therapies. He is continuously pushing his own mind and body to learn more which is both inspiring and helpful as he brings newly learned concepts and ideas with him to sessions.
