About Me

At almost 440lbs Matt decided to change his life in 2013 after biting into an under-cooked piece of chicken. That same day he went to his local recreation center and purchased a gym membership for a year. The next day he went and started walking on the treadmill and he remembers the following day after getting out of bed his feet felt like they were on fire., He powered through and continued to go. He decided to starts studying for his personal trainer's certification through NASM so as he says to understand what he needed to do to get him on his journey right.
