Aloha, my name's Matt, and I was a former professional athlete and have a master's degree in exercise science. I'm absolutely bonkers about fitness and it's role in longevity. If movement is medicine, then functional movement is the fountain of youth. I have been training clients (from beginner to advanced, from athletes to martial artists to soccer moms) for almost 25 years now. I also grew up in a physical therapy business and see the value of corrective exercise. Work with me, and we'll build a lean, functional body that is resilient and free from pain.

A minimalistic approach to sophisticating movement abilities in order to sculpt a lean responsive body, while addressing postural imbalances that may be hindering optimal joint and muscle health.
I had a client who was beginning to run out of hope that her shoulder could not be fixed. She had seen many specialists in various fields, which yielded no successt. Through a progressive plan of manual therapy to reduce joint pain and corrective exercise to strengthen the dysfunction, she is now back to activities that she enjoys. Losing weight and gaining muscle are the easy parts of fitness. Staying clear of muscle and joint pain is significantly more difficult.
