About Me

I was out of shape over weight and felt out of control. As I was sitting one October day I decided it was time to change my life and started working out at my local gym. I was so excited when I saw change and how our bodies are resilient I wanted to help others to achieve the benefits of health. I obtain my personal trainers certificate from the National Academy of Sports Medicine early 2014, My Health coach was next then TRX Instructor and just finished my corrective exercise specialist.
