Hi, my name is Mathew. I moved to Milwaukee over a year ago, where I teach Physical Conditioning at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, such as martial arts fitness classes to adults and Jiu-Jitsu to kids. After graduating in Germany, I started to travel around the world. Having spent 10 years in places like Canada, Netherlands, Dubai, Singapore, Brazil ... I was able to learn different workout routines, training exercises and train with different coaches and athletes. Coaching and sharing my knowledge about fitness, workout routines and a healthy lifestyle in general, is my true passion and I would like to help you with your goal.
Training is adjusted to each person's goals and needs with implementing the newest functional training methods, with the help of bands and other tools for a more effective workout.
Losing weight, strength increase and confidence building. Training with adults , seniors and kids there are plenty of success stories and I like you to be the next one.

Sessions with Mat are always challenging (I mean that in the best way), educational, unique and all around very enjoyable. Not only is he very knowledgeable but passionate about improving others physical (and ultimately mental) well being. Truly he cares about his trainees and provides great feedback for us to expand and grow. I’m in the best shape that I have ever been since taking his class (sufficient to say he has helped me achieve my goals and then some). I highly recommend training with Mat because he genuinely cares about his students, and he pushes us to our limits to be better. You can trust his expertise and you will be impressed with the results. Stand up guy with an all around great attitude and workout regiment.
Matt is one of the best coaches that I’ve come across so far. He always keeps the workouts fun and is willing to help with any questions that I might have. He definitely goes above and beyond and wants to see us succeed. He is always happy and pushes us to get the most out of our workouts.
