My name is Masha and I have been a Personal Trainer for 5 years now.
I didn't grew up working out and playing sports and in fact only discovered my love for fitness about 5 years ago.
I have transformed my own body from average to fit within 6 months or so when I first started working out.

I am currently taking a course on Pre- and Post Natal fitness to add to my practice.
