My name is Masha, I'm a fitness/martial arts trainer and certified nutrition specialist with more than 10 years experience. I have my own system "21FITDAY'' (Fitness and nutrition program designed and optimize for your specific goals)

I do personal and group training, also self-defense classes.

I'm 2x World Champion . My background weightlifting, crossfit, Muay Thai, and powerlifting.

I have a 2 books "21 Fitday Body Transformation'' and ''Thai Boxing for you".

I have lost 35 pounds!!! I stepped on the scale this morning and my eyes filled with tears. A few months ago my doctor told me that I was obese and needed to loose weight. Wow, I didn't realize I was that big...
